SNAP Stolen Benefit Replacement
If you had food benefits stolen from your SNAP EBT card by electronic fraud from October 1, 2022 to December 20, 2024,
you may be eligible to get your benefits replaced.
We cannot replace benefits stolen after December 20, 2024 because of a change to federal rules.
You must complete and return the SNAP Stolen Benefit Replacement Request form within 60 days of the theft to see if you qualify.
